We strive to ship your new additions with excitement + haste.


Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please ensure you provide both a valid phone number + email address should we need to get in touch.


You will receive tracking information with your confirmation email when shipped.

WHEN?

Orders completed prior to 9am AEST on a business day will be shipped the very same day. Orders after this time will be shipped the next available day.


WHERE?

we have such delicate products, international shipping is not a sustainable nor practical option for TWC. 


CARRIERS + COURIERS

TWC rely on Australia post + Couriers Please for nation-wide delivery.


 *please allow for COVID-19 related delays when calculating shipping times. Any deviation from the expected timeframe is beyond our control. Once an item has shipped it is then the responsibility of the Postal Service. Should any issues arise, please contact the postal service with your tracking + additionally, send an email to us so we can work together to resolve the issue.


DELIVERY + AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

Orders over $80 require a signature on delivery.


Please note orders valued under $80 will be left in a safe place in your absence. Goods over $80 will be taken to your local postal office if you are not able to sign.


ADDRESS SPECIFICITY

Please ensure if posting to a business address, that the Business name is specified along with the personal recipients name.


FREE SHIPPING CONDITIONS

*Orders over $100 will be shipped free of charge within Australia.


*EXCLUDES PERTH, HOBART + DARWIN.

*EXCLUDES LIGHTING PRODUCTS.

Please note that our lighting cannot be delivered outside of these zones.


RETURNS + FAULTY ITEMS



RETURNS

Incorrectly fulfilled orders (on our end) must be rectified + flagged within 24 hours of delivery in order for us to arrange a return (at no cost to you) + the correct item to be sent in its place.


FAULTY ITEMS

Please note refunds are not applicable unless an item is deemed to be faulty. Take care when unpacking your items as they are fragile. If you have received a faulty item please notify us immediately.
