NB: Please note that we ship items via Australia Post. As we post from Brisbane, delivery within Australia and timeframes can be found here. Orders received for Brisbane will be shipped with Couriers Please.

Orders placed before 9 AM will be shipped same day (on a week day). Orders placed on a weekend will be shipped next business day.

If delivering to a business, please include the business name as well as the recipient.

Please note given current delays with the postage network, please allow additional time for your order to arrive as this is out of our control.

Free shipping on Australian orders over $65.00.

Please note that we are currently only shipping within Australia and do not have capacity for International Shipping.

If your order is under $80, it will be marked as authority to leave and left in a safe place.

If your order is over $80 it will need to be signed for on delivery. If you are unable to sign for your item, it will be sent to your local post office or registered place of collection for you to pick up.

 

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

An email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address after your order has been placed. 

Orders are sent Monday to Friday and delivered during Australia Post + Couriers Please delivery times. 

We ask that you include a contactable phone number and email address to ensure that we are able to communicate with you.


TRACKING ORDERS

If you are ordering from within Australia, your order will automatically have tracking. If you do not receive tracking with your order, please email us and we can provide this for you - (info@whitsundaycollective.com).


DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of ordering. We aim to get your order to you ASAP however but as we are a small business at the moment, we process as quickly as we can. If there are any issues with orders being held up, we will let you know ASAP. 

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service. If there is any delay, this is subject to Australia Post. 

PLEASE NOTE: Please check your order once you have received it. If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please notify us immediately and do not wear or use the item. 


PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST. Please note that prices are subject to change without notice.

SHIPPING OF ORDERS

Standard national shipping rates apply if less than the specified amount.

Please note that we, unfortunately, do not currently ship our products Internationally. 


REFUNDS AND RETURNS

If you have made an error whilst ordering, we will gladly exchange to the correct product should it be in stock. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition in order for the exchange to take place. We ensure that orders are packed with the greatest level of care and consideration. In the circumstances that your order arrives in a damaged state, please take photographs of the fault / faulty items and contact us immediately.
